Campaign Education Priorities
End No Child Left Behind–Style Promotion
Students should not be passed forward before they are ready. Children learn at different rates, and our system must stop graduating students who lack basic literacy and life skills.
Secure and Supported Classrooms
Teachers must be empowered to maintain safe, orderly classrooms. Parents should be welcomed back into schools—when parents are present, teachers and students feel secure.
Restore Classical Education
Ensure mastery of reading and writing in elementary school, teach logic and ethics. Bring back practical courses like Home Economics and Shop to prepare graduates for real life.
Competence Over Crisis
Strong literacy and life skills create confidence and stability—lowering anxiety among students. We need to stop focusing on mental health and focus on the ability to function in the world.
End Taxpayer-Funded Lobbying
Taxpayers should not be forced to fund attorneys and lobbying efforts used against parents. Families deserve to keep their money and have their voices heard without government interference.
Strengthen Accountability
Partner with the Office of Inspector General to investigate waste, fraud, and abuse in Texas school districts. We must ensure every dollar spent directly benefits the students’ education.
